Relaxing, great food and fantastic service
We had a fantastic two night stay here. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Comfortable rooms although a little hot in the current weather. The spa was nice, in need of a little TLC but still relaxing. The treatments were also lovely. The stand out thing for us was how great the staff were.

Family Trip
We were surprised by the size of the hotel. Entrance hall very tidy and spacious. Reception staff excellent. Room very clean and comfortable, slept well. Bar staff friendly and very professional. Menu variable and enjoyable. We will definitely make a return. Dave Gowan, Room 115.
Disappointing Spa
The hotel is looking a little tired in places and rooms would benefit from air con but overall the room was lovely. The reception staff were friendly and officiant throughout. The spa area was really disappointing, the first day the steam room wasn’t working and the second day neither the steam room or the pool was working. When we arrived on the Saturday we went to chill in the spa but it was absolutely packed with screaming kids. I didn’t know it was the two hour window when they are allowed and I think this should be advertised so people can plan there day around it. We have dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and the food was lovely and could not be faulted but we had to wait so long to order and to get drinks that we grabbed drinks for the bar. The women was doing her best but was overwhelmed. Several people complained and a few walked out before ordering after such a long wait. On Sunday we had treatments with Alana and Jodie. Both were fantastic and really lifted the entire experience. I would travel back just to see Jodie again but probably wouldn’t stay here again or use the resturant in the evening.

Great pregnancy massage with Brook
Had a lovely relaxing 3 day, 2 night spa break with my Mum whilst heavily pregnant. I really enjoyed my pregnancy massage with Brook, she was great, very professional and we had a lovely chat, thank you, Brook.
Great stay on our second visit!
Second great stay we have had here. Yolanda gave the best massage and clearly is very experienced and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
Overall lovely visit
Staff were lovely very friendly and accommodating. Victoria was my therapist was lovely very knowledgeable 5 stars for her. Food was good The only thing that lets the spa down is that it is a little tired and dated. But overall a lovely birthday treat.
Clean , brilliant service
Overall experience was very good will definitely book again .The room was absolutely clean we also had breakfast .plenty of parking and location was easy to find
Great spa treatments in a good value package
Booked a 2 night spa deal. Rooms comfortable although disappointed no bathrobes and slippers in the room. Also no air con but fan provided as unusually hot weather. Food delicious in the restaurant and most staff very friendly. Spa treatments amazing especially revitalising treatment with Victoria. Plenty of parking. All in all a good value break.
I’d stay again
Location was great. Hotel very friendly staff and clean everywhere . Dinner and breakfast was a bit disorganised but food was good.
Good but not perfect
Good location. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Restaurant breakfast was very good but dinner was only average compared with another Q Hotel stayed at recently. Slow check in. Needed more staff on reception. Fridge in room not working.

Fab hotel
We’ve been to The Cambridge Belfry previously and were just as happy as our first visit. It’s a very friendly hotel - lovely staff. Food in the restaurant was delicious, and rooms are great.
Nice modern spa hotel
Nice modern spa hotel with plenty of parking spaces. Easy access to buses for Cambridge and Huntingdon from nearby bus stops. We would stay there again.
Great spa hotel for a city break
Had a lovely one night stay with my daughter. Enjoyed the spa facilities and had a fabulous massage, very good food in the restaurant. Overall a perfect stay.

Absolutely amazing experience! Imogen my waitress in the restaurant was fantastic and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

our experience was okay this time, unfortunatly we didnt have a fridge, the reception said we could change rooms however we had unpacked and it was a chore, so not totally their fault, it would of been better if they had known or told us prior to us taking the room, secondy we didnt have use of the safe, we told reception but it still didnt get fixed. we have stayed there several times also Stratford upon Avon hotel all have been great so this is obviously a one off. I still think the menu needs to be looked at, more choice for the bar menu, don't get me wrong it was lovely however i think a little more choice. i feel i have critised your hotel.. Good points are the rooms are clean and well stocked, the food was lovely in the restrant, breakfast is lovely, the bar staff also the restaurant staff are polite and helpful, the spa is amazing. so not all bad..would still recommend.
