Second great stay we have had here. Yolanda gave the best massage and clearly is very experienced and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Staff were lovely very friendly and accommodating. Victoria was my therapist was lovely very knowledgeable 5 stars for her. Food was good The only thing that lets the spa down is that it is a little tired and dated. But overall a lovely birthday treat.

Location was great. Hotel very friendly staff and clean everywhere . Dinner and breakfast was a bit disorganised but food was good.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Restaurant breakfast was very good but dinner was only average compared with another Q Hotel stayed at recently. Slow check in. Needed more staff on reception. Fridge in room not working.

We’ve been to The Cambridge Belfry previously and were just as happy as our first visit. It’s a very friendly hotel - lovely staff. Food in the restaurant was delicious, and rooms are great.

Nice modern spa hotel with plenty of parking spaces. Easy access to buses for Cambridge and Huntingdon from nearby bus stops. We would stay there again.

Had a lovely one night stay with my daughter. Enjoyed the spa facilities and had a fabulous massage, very good food in the restaurant. Overall a perfect stay.

Absolutely amazing experience! Imogen my waitress in the restaurant was fantastic and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

our experience was okay this time, unfortunatly we didnt have a fridge, the reception said we could change rooms however we had unpacked and it was a chore, so not totally their fault, it would of been better if they had known or told us prior to us taking the room, secondy we didnt have use of the safe, we told reception but it still didnt get fixed. we have stayed there several times also Stratford upon Avon hotel all have been great so this is obviously a one off. I still think the menu needs to be looked at, more choice for the bar menu, don't get me wrong it was lovely however i think a little more choice. i feel i have critised your hotel.. Good points are the rooms are clean and well stocked, the food was lovely in the restrant, breakfast is lovely, the bar staff also the restaurant staff are polite and helpful, the spa is amazing. so not all bad..would still recommend.

We had a really lovely stay here. I came with my disabled older mother and we both had a great experience, especially in the spa. The rooms were lovely, although the lack of air conditioning was a bit of a downside. A special mention has to go to Ameera from the bar staff, who honestly went above and beyond for both of us. She was so kind, helpful and attentive and really made our stay feel like a 10/10. Even just sitting in the bar and watching her interact with other guests was lovely she was so warm and welcoming with everyone.She’s a real credit to the hotel and definitely deserves a mention. We’d happily come back!

This was exactly what we were looking for and it didn’t disappoint. Great wheelchair access in all the areas of the site. We could move around without hindrance including the Spa, jacuzzi and pool. Good accessible changing room. Steps into the pool but more assistance maybe available. The room was a great size and well equipped with sockets so no issue. Normal tea coffee etc assortment. We ate in the bar lounge 2 nights. The food was good (a couple of minor hiccups in service) I cannot write a review without mentioning the adorable Gizella. When we realised we had overslept to be able to make it to breakfast in time, due to the time my husband requirements to get mobile in the morning. I went to breakfast room and asked if I could take a tray back to the room. Gizella went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed. All with such caring and a wonderful smile. We did get see her again on the 3rd morning and my husband and I thanked her again for her help. We will definitely be staying again. The city of Cambridge is a 15 minute drive away. There is also a retail park within 2 minutes drive of the hotel.

Had a really lovely spa treatment here at The Cambridge Belfry. Lily was really caution of my recent c section and reassured me if I had any pain alterations can be made. The treatment itself was relaxing and helped my breastfeeding shoulders massively to relieve the tension from baby. Thank you Lily.

1 night spa package stay with my Husband. Alana was my therapist in the spa. Fabulous treatment, massage pressure was perfect, found all my muscle knots and worked on them well! Easy to talk to andnvery professional. Our room was clean and tidy very comfortable, best pillow ive had in a hotel! The room was too warm however, but they had provided a fan. We had the dinner package also which is a generous allowance. My steak was cooked as i asked and the service was prompt and friendly. Excellent choice at breakfast and the full english was cooked also to perfection. Overall good value for what was actually included. Would stay again.

Stayed at The Belfry last weekend and it was excellent, checked in at the desk by Naomi who was very helpful answering all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. We loved the room and the spa area was peaceful and quiet even on a Saturday afternoon.

I booked an overnight spa package to take my sister for a treat for her birthday. Good value as included a treatment each, dinner and breakfast. I had a back and facial treatment with Alana which was bliss and I felt thoroughly relaxed afterwards. We had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant and it was nice to be able to sit outside next to the lake in the evening. Room was clean and comfy beds. A nice little getaway.
