Had the tech lift rejuvenate facial by Victoria which was a wonderful experience. Victoria was lovely and made me so relaxed I fell asleep. Thoroughly recommend this facial as my skin feels so soft and looks great. Thank you for a very relaxing de-stress that was long over due!

Lovely spacious room for 2 people. Spa facilities excellent jacuzzi, steam & sauna rooms, large pool and gym all free. Excellent breakfast - self service. Very near to Cambridge town centre and option of park & ride which is cheaper than car parks.

Well looked after and a great room . Good Service made our meeting special. Staff were great and sorted our queries efficiently

We booked a spa package which was great value for money for the type of hotel it is. The spa staff were great very friendly and helpful especially the lovely lady with long dark hair. The rooms were a great size and the beds were super comfy. Our evening meal was lovely, Matt our waiter was super friendly and helpful and had great banter which made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Breakfast was slightly disappointing we went down at 8.30am (so it had another hour to go) And they had run out of mushrooms, hash browns and pastries. I feel this is a little bit poor as you should have the same selection all through breakfast. I was very impressed that they had a separate gluten free toaster with GF bread and cereal available. The one thing that let this stay down was the lack of information given by the receptionist and breakfast staff, we were never told what time meals were or where the rest was and in the morning the waitress just told us to sit anywhere not how breakfast worked. With it being our first time it would have been nice to have been told poached eggs were available if we asked and anything else we could have had. Overall a very nice stay

We had a great time celebrating a birthday with my family. We had a great spa day and lovely dinner. A special shout out to Jack our waiter at dinner who was calm, friendly and polite. He chatted to us about our card game and took our orders and payment swiftly. We really enjoyed our time and would love to visit again soon!

Went with my mum for her birthday - had a lovely experience. The spa is a bit on the smaller side however the amenities such as steam room, sauna and hot tub are lovely. The best thing was the 25 minute neck, shoulders and scalp massage using Elemis products as part of our overnight stay. Victoria did an amazing job at making me feel relaxed and pampered and after the massage my upper body felt relaxed and tension free

It was a mixed bag. The meal service was excellent in the evening, helped in no small part by Sam doing a tremendous job. The breakfast service on Saturday was patchy and there was no sign of any management there to give guidance.

Been coming here for spa breaks and nights away for 20 years. Everything is just right for a great price, you can get a lovely relaxing spa treatment, then wander to the restaurant for lunch in a robe & slippers. The rooms are clean, with a comfy bed with use of the facilities like pool, jacuzzi and sauna or steam room. A proper rejuvenating night away that's worth every penny!🥰

Have stayed a few times now and never disappointed, lovely clean hotel, amazing spa facilities and treatments are so relaxing, food is always delicious and the setting is very peaceful, can't wait to return next month for another reset 😊

Had a great overnight trip to the Belfry with my wife, we both enjoyed the massage we had booked and my therapist Grace certainly helped me with starting the evening off to relax and enjoy dinner which was delicious!! The room and bed was very clean and comfortable and felt refreshed waking up next morning,

Had a fit for business massage with Lily and I asked for deep pressure - she really delivered!! Worked on all my knots and it was a really relaxing experience, would definitely book again

We booked the spa and hotel stay package directly with the hotel for my partner’s birthday and we absolutely loved it and had a great time! Big thanks to Lily at the spa for an amazing facial, great chat and advice as to which products I should be using to keep my skin smooth and fresh. Thank you also Emily for a lovely check in experience and for upgrading us to a presidential suite. It was an amazing birthday surprise for my partner, and was the best gift we could ever wish for. Really nice touch from the hotel. Thank you!

Stayed for an overnight spa break. Excellent value for a 50 minute treatment, dinner (drinks not included) bed and breakfast. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Food was delicious and service helpful and welcoming. The wonderful Alana (therapist) was friendly and professional. Only slight downside was the pool was busy with swimming lessons.
