We have eight versatile meeting and conference rooms all with complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, the largest of which, our University Suite, can hold up to 250 delegates.
With easy access to both the A1 and M11, just outside of Cambridge city centre, your guests won’t have far to travel for a full-service meeting, training day or corporate team building day.
In addition to our state-of-the-art meeting rooms and breakout areas, we can also provide accommodation and catering for all of your guests should you need.

Meetings are back and we're loving it
Although social distancing rules have been lifted, we understand that each of our customers will have individual expectations and that’s why we are happy to work with you on your requirements. A number of things will remain in place: hand sanitiser stations, continuation of increased cleaning routines and ventilation of public areas where possible. We will be giving our team members the freedom to choose to wear a mask and this also applies to all our guests. We respect everyone's decision to do what makes them feel comfortable.
As with the ever-changing rules we want to be flexible to your needs; a socially distanced meeting room set up - no problem, a one-way system in and out of your meeting room - done, a flexible cancellation policy for peace of mind - check!
