Penthouse Suite

I was the host for a reunion. This was attended by 45 guests. Guests booked their bedrooms seperately. During the event i received excellant feedback about the hotel from my guests. Everyone seemed satisfied with their bedrooms. I was very happy with my bedroom. I worked with the manager Amanda during previous weeks to ensure the event was a success. I found Amanda very obliging helpful and professional and this was key to a great experience. As was Kat and the rest of the staff at the evening dinners. I had heard that the hotel had a good reputation, it certainly did live up to that. There were many other events happening during the days I stayed. Every member of staff in reception, the bar, dining room, cleaning, preparing rooms ready for events etc were happy welcoming and smiling. The Belfry Spa hotel is a very happy place - and is a credit to all of you. Thankyou

I booked this for myself and my daughter for some quality time together. It was a lovely venue, a wonderful room, a comfortable bed, nicely presented room. We had the pleasure of a delicious dinner with a lovely place for us to dine in. The spa was clean and was a great atmosphere to relax. Finished with a yummy breakfast in the morning. A wonderful few days with my daughter, thanks for making it special in your lovely hotel.

Four of us went, it was a lovely relaxing trip. Nice and clean. Treatments lovely. The restaurant food was excellent. Plenty of space to sit and chat with friends. The grounds a nice but not in a countryside setting.

Stayed here over the weekend for a 60th wedding anniversary family celebration. We were in the Queens function room and the staff who set up the tables etc were excellent. I would like to give a special mention to Sam Gibbons who was excellent and the young man who helped to set everything. up. The hot and cold buffet was very good too and everyone enjoyed it. Our room was lovely too and had everything you could need. Nice comfy bed, good en suite and shower. Large tv on the wall and nice comfortable armchairs. We had a problem with our central heating but it was rectified by a staff member bringing us an electric radiator within minutes. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and a very nice bar area with outside seating in the garden. We recommend this lovely hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was a treat for us from Christmas just to have a night away together. It was lovely relaxing in the pool, the temperature of the pool could have been a little warmer. The dinner service and food provided was 10/10. Atmosphere was perfect. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The room was perfect and the bed was firm but very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed the breakfast service also. The breakfast set us up for the day. The sweet treat at breakfast of the chocolate muffins were delicious. Overall, very pleased with stay. We recommended our parents to stay there and they have booked to go in the next couple of weeks.

A lovely, peaceful stay. Nice to use the spa facilities as well. Staff very friendly. I stayed in a standard room which was a good size and very comfortable.

Good massive from Alana. Felt relaxed afterwards as I hoped I ward. The spa facilities were decent. The jacuzzi could have been hotter. The spa lunch was delicious, it’s a shame they ran out of smoothies. Thank you. ☺️

Ameera (bartender) provided amazing service and offered me multiple options when my favourite beer had run out. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, will defiantly be back again!

Great as usual and good value for money. Victoria did my treatment and was amazing great massage and facial. The woman is truly amazing at what she does.

We stayed for a family weekend break and had a really enjoyable time overall. However, the booking confirmation only showed a £35 allowance for 2 guests despite us booking for 3, and breakfast arrangements weren't made clear either. Thankfully, Imogen at Front of House was absolutely fantastic! she sorted everything out professionally, warmly and without any fuss. A real credit to the hotel. On the downside, a blind fell down in the night which gave me quite a fright. More notably, the breakfast host was very unwelcoming. No greeting, no explanation of what was available or where anything was. She then approached my 14-year-old nephew and abruptly demanded "What age you!" which we found quite rude and unexpected. Overall a good stay and I'd recommend the hotel.

An absolutely fantastic stay, the facilities were brilliant, we made use of the gym /sauna /steam room and pool area, we also had hot stones massage treatments, and the food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable

Nice hotel, beds to soft pillows to thin . Room lovely. Restaurant menu on line or current so disappointing. Should keep it current for people that need to plan for dietary needs .

After the booking we had limited information .. even after submitting a health condition we had no confirmation, no times etc. when we arrived at the suggested time on the website we were late for our treatments. The lady at the treatment centre did rearrange it for us - this then set the layout of our stay. The room was lovely. The restaurant was fabulous as was the food but the manager although really nice lacked personal hygiene. The facilities were great although the sauna was out of action for one of the days as being repaired. Over all thoughts lovely but lacked the attention to details .

A lovely hotel, with spa facilities. Stayed here for one night, solo, as a mini spa break. Location was ideal as situated on the outskirts of Cambridge. Room was comfortable and clean. Noise level low and good value for money (double room and breakfast in the morning). I had a full body massage by the lovely Alana - leaving me fully relaxed 😌

A comfortable stay in a functional modern hotel. It was very clean and our room was spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was of a good standard and the service throughout was good. On the downside, the location was a bit disappointing - it is set in a new housing estate. Also for a 4-star hotel, I would expect aircon in the room and maybe some bottled water.

The hotel was great and the facilities very good. Food was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, lovely relaxing atmosphere- good value for money.. only downsides were that the pool and changing rooms bit small Massages and treatments were amazing though— wellbeing massage by Alana was best I’ve had.. afternoon tea was plentiful and staff so helpful and friendly- lovely relaxing time

I stayed for 4 nights, everything was very nice, the staff was very welcoming, the food was excellent. The atmosphere in the bar area was very pleasant. I will definitely come back.
