In line with government direction, back in March, we made the difficult decision to temporarily close all our hotels and facilities. Since doing this, we have helped thousands of customers rearrange or cancel their booking and continue to do so, as well as helping customers make reservations for the future with confidence. Our detailed reopening plans for the future are developed and we are fully committed to providing a clean, safe but welcoming environment for all our guests and colleagues.

Change in working hours
Due to reduced team members, we have had to adjust our contact centre opening times, which for the time being are as follows –
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
Weekends 10am -4pm
Please bear with us, you may experience longer waiting times than usual.
