Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday
7pm - 8pm: Core 
An intense abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area.

Tuesday:
7pm - 8pm: Yoga
A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a meditative element.

Wednesday:
7pm - 8pm: Legs, Bums & Tums
A 60 min workout concentrating on the lower body.Go at your own pace and blast those wobbly bits!

Thursday:
7pm - 8pm: Yoga
A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a meditative element.

Friday:
7pm - 8pm: Boot Camp
An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.
